Adan

The Kingdom of Adan is the mother kingdom of the northern continent. The oldest kingdom and the one that can trace its linage back to the ancient Canan Empire which lasted for more than 4000 years. Both Adan and the Canan Empire before it are responsible for the wide spread use of the Cana language across the known world.

Adan's capital, the grand city of Montair, rests between 2 rivers. The city is the cultural center of the known world and one of the most advanced technologically. Gas lights are common and light the city's streets at night. Glass windows can be found on most buildings and even private homes, although the lower class sections still have just shudders to close up a window opening. The churches of Montair have large and beautiful stained glass windows showing both the wealth of the city, kingdom and the Church.
